      陳米煮米飯不如新米好吃,只要改變一下煮米飯的方法,便會陳米和新米一樣好吃。


      做法是:將陳米陶洗干凈,放入清水中浸泡兩小時,撈出瀝干,再入鍋中加適量熱水、一湯匙豬油或植物油,用旺火煮開轉(zhuǎn)為文火燜半小時即可。若用高壓鍋燜8分鐘即熟。


      放入一湯匙油攪拌均勻做出來的米飯,香滑軟糯,粒粒分明,而且絕對不會粘鍋,這招非常適合不喜歡吃鍋巴的人。

      用茶水煮飯,可使米飯色、香、營養(yǎng)俱佳,并有去膩、清口、助消化的好處。


      做法是:根據(jù)米的多少取0.5-1克茶葉,用500-1000毫升開水泡5分鐘,然后濾去茶葉渣。將過濾的茶水倒入淘好的大米中,按常規(guī)入鍋燜制即可。


      注意:記得用綠茶,而且不要茶葉太多了,否則茶葉的味道蓋過了米飯本身的香味就適得其反了。
