【Abstract】Training
effectiveness of ‘modern hospital scientific management
training project’ conducted by 6 hospitals inShanghai was
evaluated by interview, focus group and questionnaire. Curriculum design and
training methods were widelyapproved. Eyes were opened, theories were changed,
skills were improved and be used in practice. Hospital management wasrapidly
improving and training was necessary. Currently, theories would be improved,
medium,, behaviors would be changed andperformance would be promoted in future.

【摘 要】利用訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、小組座談?wù){(diào)查資料,對(duì)上海六家醫(yī)院聯(lián)合開(kāi)展“現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院科學(xué)管理培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目”醫(yī)院中層干部管理知識(shí)培訓(xùn)實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。學(xué)員認(rèn)為很有必要參加這樣的培訓(xùn),對(duì)設(shè)置的課程、教學(xué)方法等普遍認(rèn)可。大家表示通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)開(kāi)拓了視野、轉(zhuǎn)變了理念、更新了知識(shí),并把學(xué)習(xí)到的知識(shí)溶于工作實(shí)踐中去,醫(yī)院的管理水平正在不斷提高。培訓(xùn)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果:近期認(rèn)知更新、中期行為改變、遠(yuǎn)期績(jī)效改善。醫(yī)院積累了培訓(xùn)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并促進(jìn)醫(yī)院進(jìn)一步完善干部的培訓(xùn)和考核工作。

2005 年 5 月至 2006 年 8 月,中國(guó)醫(yī)院協(xié)會(huì)“現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院科學(xué)管理培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目”在復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬兒科醫(yī)院實(shí)施,有六家醫(yī)院的 80 余名中層干部參加,最后有 59 人獲得《中國(guó)醫(yī)院協(xié)會(huì)結(jié)業(yè)證書》和國(guó)家級(jí)I類繼續(xù)醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)分 22 分。培訓(xùn)工作取得了非常好的效果。1 資料來(lái)源和方法1.1 課前準(zhǔn)備在培訓(xùn)前掌握參加培訓(xùn)人員的基本情況、以往培訓(xùn)情況及近期最需要的管理知識(shí)情況,對(duì)培訓(xùn)方式的要求等方面的意向與建議。1.2 課間觀察課間觀察學(xué)員的情況、參與學(xué)員之間的交談等。1.3 調(diào)查資料課后對(duì)講師進(jìn)行訪談、學(xué)員問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、召開(kāi)小組座談會(huì)、對(duì)20 名學(xué)員進(jìn)行個(gè)人訪談。工作小組采用統(tǒng)一調(diào)查表,在每次培訓(xùn)后對(duì)培訓(xùn)效果調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。主要調(diào)查授課內(nèi)容是否充實(shí),授課方式是否適應(yīng)、組織工作如何、培訓(xùn)后的收獲等。2 主要結(jié)果2.1 課程內(nèi)容5 5 %的學(xué)員認(rèn)為課程內(nèi)容非常好,3 5 %的認(rèn)為較好,9 %的認(rèn)為一般,1%的認(rèn)為較差。認(rèn)為一般或較差的主要是指上課內(nèi)容較淺或與我們實(shí)際工作不相符,老師不了解我們醫(yī)院和醫(yī)務(wù)人員的情況。2.2 師資情況有 98.5%的學(xué)員認(rèn)為講師總體教學(xué)水平、教學(xué)方法、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)較好,具有親和力,授課認(rèn)真;1.5% 的學(xué)員認(rèn)為一般;93.1%學(xué)員認(rèn)為老師的講義或幻燈片好或較好。2.3 組織工作從課程的時(shí)間安排、設(shè)備、場(chǎng)地環(huán)境以及組織者提供的服務(wù)等方面對(duì)組織工作進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),學(xué)員沒(méi)有提出組織工作的缺陷和不足。根據(jù)訪談意見(jiàn),學(xué)員對(duì)時(shí)間安排異議稍多,主要是培訓(xùn)時(shí)間與上班時(shí)間有沖突,難以保證按時(shí)出席;但又不希望培訓(xùn)占用休息時(shí)間2.4 對(duì)課程的建議通過(guò)多維關(guān)聯(lián)計(jì)算,與此問(wèn)題關(guān)聯(lián)度最強(qiáng)的是提高能力和課程內(nèi)容的清晰明確程度。學(xué)員將來(lái)是否愿意參加類似的培訓(xùn)選擇取決于通過(guò)培訓(xùn)是否能夠提高能力以及課程內(nèi)容是否足夠清晰明確。本次培訓(xùn)推薦給他人參加的選擇取決于課程講義和幻燈片的質(zhì)量以及課程內(nèi)容的充實(shí)程度。
